Ongoing Professional Development
I believe that continued learning is an important part of responsible practice. In addition to my formal biodynamic craniosacral therapy training, I regularly participate in workshops and educational programs that support safe, informed care.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America
2026
Completed training in Embodying Embryological Principles in Biodynamic Practice
(March 11 & 18, 2026)
Instructor: Michael Dunning RCST®
I was introduced to deeper embryological patterns that I'm still beginning to understand and integrate.

Mental Health First Aid Training
Recently, I completed Mental Health First Aid training, generously sponsored by the Town of Pense Recreation Board. This full-day seminar focused on recognizing and responding to mental health challenges within our community, including individuals working in rural and self-employed environments.
While biodynamics craniosacral therapy is not a mental health treatment, this training strengthens my awareness and supports appropriate referral when needed.

I remain committed to ongoing education and thoughtful integration of learning into practice.
