What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy?
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST), a gentle, hands-on healing modality that supports the nervous system and the body's natural capacity for self-regulation and healing. At Oskana Biodynamics in Regina, Saskatchewan, sessions are unhurried and attentive, offering a space for the body to settle and reorient toward balance.

A Gentle, Attentive Approach
BCST is a subtle and non-invasive therapy. You remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on a treatment table. Light hand contact may be made at areas such as the head, back, or feet.
Rather than manipulating tissues, the practitioner listens to natural rhythms and movements within the body -- often described as the body's "inner tide". This quiet attention allows the nervous system to settle and supports the body's inherent capacity for healing.

BCST sessions available on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Studio Accessibility
Sessions take place on the main floor of my home-based practice. There are two steps up at the entrance. The treatment room and washroom are located on the main floor, along with my washroom, with no additional stair climbing required.
What to Expect in Your First Session
Your first session begins with a brief conversation (10-20 minutes) to discuss your health history, current concerns, and any questions you may have. You'll remain fully clothed and be invited to lie comfortably on the treatment table.
Sessions are unhurried and individualized, allowing time for your system to settle and respond at its own pace.
Conditions That May Benefit From BCST
Because biodynamic craniosacral therapy supports nervous system regulation and the body's natural rhythms, many people seek sessions for:
- Stress, anxiety, and burnout.
- Chronic pain or tension (back, neck, or jaw/TMJ).
- Headaches and migraines.
- Sleep difficulties.
- Recovery after injury or surgery.
- Support during grief, emotional overwhelm or life transitions.
- Trauma-related tension held in the body.
- Concussion or whiplash recovery.
BCST is particularly supportive for individuals who prefer a gentle, non-forceful approach to bodywork.
